Todd Stroger's failure to appear for our candidates forum yesterday became the focus of the media coverage of the event. Unfortunately, that masked the excellent conversation among our moderator, Andy Shaw of the Better Government Association, and the candidates Dorothy Brown, Terrance O'Brien and Toni Preckwinkle. In a later post, we'll discuss the substantive differences among the candidates.
